San Diego vacation

First vacation with Parkeeeer! We drove down to San Diego and stayed at a house off of Mission Beach. It was nice having somewhere close because of naps. Paker loved the ocean and wanted to play in the water but it was coooold! We went to the beach every day of course and took walks. We all love being outside so it was great that the weather was nice. 

My parents and sister crashed our vacay for a day because they just had to see Parks at the beach for the first time. Parker loves them and it's so sweet to see my family interacting with him. He is one lucky baby.

Having other people with babies around Parkers age is the greatest! It's so nice to be able to share stories and learn from each other without begin judged or criticized. We're all new moms trying to figure these kids out! Love my Momtourage. 

Swimming is our favorite.

Parker loves swim class! He gets so happy watching the other babies. We practice floating on his back, grabbing the wall, swimming on his belly and going underwater! Today was the first time Parker went under. He was so excited and happy that even though we said "One, two, three up... under" he kept his eyes and mouth open. When he came up he was coughing and definitely seemed surprised! The second time we did it he was better but was sucking on his little hand and didn't take it out if his mouth!

I signed him up for the next level class since he's almost 6 months (Eeee!). In that class they go under a lot more! I'm excited though that he'll be learning water safety at such a young age.
